Directions
Step 01 – Prepare the Matcha and Collagen Blend
Using a small bowl or mug, combine the ceremonial grade matcha and 1 scoop of collagen peptides (and bonus bone broth protein if you chose)
Step 02 – Create the Frosted Milk Base
In a small pot, heat the milk/cream until simmering. Then blend in the butter, maple syrup + vanilla extract. Whisk the mixture vigorously until it becomes frothy, ensuring all ingredients are fully combined.
Step 03 – Combine and Finalize
Pour the matcha and collagen blend into the frothy milk mixture. Stir well to integrate the two components. I use a blender on low for 3-5 minutes to make sure everything is blended and powders are dissolved. Add additional boiling water to adjust to your preferred consistency, if necessary.
