If you’re like me, you know Costco is a goldmine for stocking up on essentials, especially when it comes to bulk buying your favorite items. However, finding truly healthy options can sometimes be a bit of a challenge. That's why I've put together a list of my go-to items that not only meet my dietary standards but also offer great value for your household.
Healthy Approved Picks from Costco
Here's the list of the healthy items I always make sure to grab when I'm doing a Costco haul:
Teton 100% Grass Fed Beef Sausages

Meat Recommendations
While I do find some quality meat options like the 100% grass-fed beef patties at Costco, there isn’t a lot of other good options that I have found, at least at my local Costco. I usually recommend sourcing meat and eggs from local farms for the best quality. Www.FromTheFarm.com is a great resource for finding local farms.
