Introducing Meat Cereal! Yes, it involves meat, and yes, it’s paired with bananas. But hear me out—this dish is so good you'll be wondering why you haven't tried it sooner! It's time to ditch the oats and indulge in a breakfast that's both high protein and delicious.

Starting your day with a meal rich in protein & healthy fats can set the tone for sustained energy. Unlike conventional cereals or oatmeal (you know how I feel about oats❌), this recipe is filled with flavor and nutrition. 100% grass-fed beef provides high-quality protein and bananas add a touch of natural sweetness.


Recipe for Meat Cereal

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack or one pound of 100% grass-fed ground beef

  • 2 tbsp grass-fed butter (or as much as you want)

  • 1 organic semi-ripe banana, sliced

  • 1-2 tbsp Organic maple syrup

  • Organic cinnamon

  • Organic vanilla extract (optional)

  • Salt - I prefer Maldon

Instructions:

Brown the Beef

  1. In a non-toxic pan, brown the ground beef over medium heat.

  2. Add a pinch of salt and a little bit of butter while browning. Cook until fully browned.

Caramelize the Bananas

  1. In a separate pan, melt some butter over medium heat.

  2. Add the sliced bananas and sauté them until they’re golden brown and caramelized on each side.

Assemble the Cereal

  1. In a bowl, add the cooked ground beef as your base.

  2. Top with the caramelized bananas.

  3. Drizzle with organic maple syrup.

  4. Add a dash of organic vanilla extract (if desired) and cinnamon.

  5. Finish with another pad of butter and a sprinkle of salt.
